Guys, pls, pls, just, pls. stahhp.

You can use piercing guns safely on your LOBES only, anything involving cartilage use a needle.
Piercing guns ARE SAFE when used correctly! As stated in another post; by a pharmacist or at a registered jewelers
IF I HAD DRAWN A NEEDLE THE POST WOULD NOT HAVE WORKED AS EFFICIENTLY, TRUST ME I EVEN DREW A NEEDLE TO START WITH BUT IT DIDN’T HAVE THE SAME IMPACT.
FYI: I have 6 lobe piercings, 4 were done by a gun, they have healed perfectly and no scarring or infection has occurred I got another 2 done with a needle and one healed ok, but the other was terrible and I had to let it close up, the needle had made the whole too big for the earring and the earring sometimes slipped into the whole (under my skin) and I had to have a very painful time of getting it out.
Basically, the end line is, use can use a gun for lobes and a needle for cartilage, and there is nothing wrong with drawing a fucking piercing gun in a post about body mod.

This is a super fucked up picture. Yeah self expression, do what you want promotion, but just no.

Do you realize how UNSAFE piercing guns are? And a lot of people use the “my body, my choice” crap for when they do things wrong? I.E., basement tattoos, or self piercing…

I used a piercing gun to symbolize piercings as a whole, I would have drawn a needle as most of my own piercings have been done with a needle but it wouldn’t register as well as a typical piercing gun for this piece.
ALSO piercing guns are not “unsafe” when used correctly, i.e by a registered pharmacist, whom I myself got my lobes done by.
And people can do whatever the hell they like with their body, yeh if it goes wrong, you’ve clearly not done something correctly or cleanly. If people want to get a $10 tattoo, go for it, but know the issues with cheap ink.

Thank you and you got the wrong end of the stick when you saw this. I take time to draw things and think about things before I post them online, I do enjoy both positive and negative feedback but here I just don’t see your opinion, but I respect your opinion as I hope you have respected mine. Art is tough.
